Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

1-5 Working days within Metro Manila from the date of check out.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, but at an additional cost for the shipping fee.

What is your return policy? 

Please read our Terms and Conditions/ Shopping Guidelines found here before submitting an order. Submitting an order means customer fully understands and complies to the Rules and Regulations/ Terms and Conditions (Payment / Shipping / Return and Exchange Policies) of our store.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date the item was received.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Sale items, custom-made pieces, and pre-order sizes are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Please ensure your address and contact number are correct

    Failed deliveries due to wrong details will require re-shipping at buyer’s expense

Damaged or Wrong Item Received:

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos & videos of unboxing as proof. We will prioritize replacing or correcting the issue at no additional cost. For transparency and protection on both ends, we kindly request a continuous unboxing video upon receipt of your parcel.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process claims without this.

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

  • Wrong size chosen by the buyer

  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences

  • Courier-related delays

  • Item was worn, used, washed, or altered

  • Return request was made beyond the allowed period

  • Failure to provide proof of purchase

  • How to Process a Return or Exchange:

  1. Send us a message with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 3 days of purchasing the item.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange.

Regarding Possible Color Changes Between Actual Product and Photo:

Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. This is beyond our control. Before purchasing, please allow slight color changes on the fabric. Camezza will not allow refunds or exchanges if a client demands the exact color on the photo as there is a possibility of slight color changes / discrepancies between photo and actual product.

FORCE MAJEURE:

Camezza will not be liable for any delay or failure in shipping due to any of the following causes beyond the company’s control: acts of God, accidents, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, lockdown, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, civil commotion, government acts, fire, natural catastrophes etc. If Camezza suspends its operations due to Force Majeure, no refunds will be given and processing of orders and shipping will resume as soon as the unforeseen event is over.
